Respect

What does Respect mean?
Respect means to show good manners and to show esteem for.A sense of the worth or excellence of person.Respect means you are treated how you want to be treated by other as do they.(Vise Versa)
What does it look like?
  • in the classroom
  • in the computer lab
  • in the hallways
  • during breakfast/lunch
  • when visitors come on campus
  • when we visit other places
  1. In the classroom respect looks like students treating other peers properly and have good manners toward adults.
  2. In the computer lab respect looks like students and staff taking care of the equipment and help each other with kindness and endearment.
  3. In the hallways respect looks like people passing by to go to their next class in a proper way which excludes running and shoving people to get to class. You may greet people with a positive attitude and not a negative.
  4. During breakfast/Lunch respect looks like people having conversations with each other and waiting patiently for food. If you don't want food simply answer with a"No thanks." or  "I'm fine, but thank you for asking."
  5. When visitors come on campus respect looks like a very positive attitude and good manners towards our guests and simply not slacking off or horse playing.
  6. When visiting another place respect looks like a proper group of students and staff and have very good manners and attitude. No foolishness what so ever.
